I felt so much better after allowing my Self to go in to this information and visualization. I definitely felt at one with my body, my body felt connected with the earth. So often I feel as though I'm giving higher energy centers most the attention. This audio allowed me to Know how I
am meant to be connected to earth as well as heaven. I felt much more physical energy after actively listening & participating with it. I didn't realize I was unbalanced until this audio helped me awaken my lower body and get my feet on/in the ground. my head feels relief, too. I'm loving this feeling of lower energy--I feel like moving into my earth life, a feeling I haven't had in awhile.

The beginning has a short meditation sequence, but after that it's mostly the author talking about connection the earth and the physical plane.
