Caroline Myss to the point with a great message
I like this teaching even though it's a shorter version of another talk/book done by this author. I enjoyed this version because it's condensed. What I didn't like is that it leaves off abruptly and the next lesson is just as important to help with this one. If you want a down and dirty Caroline Myss book or refresher this is it. If you want the real deal read your book Sacred Contracts.

Ends abruptly
Interesting ideas to work with. The recording ends abruptly though. Doesn’t even have the “Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program” at the end. Makes me wonder if I didn’t get the entire download.
