Great psychological advice

Depression and anxiety inhibit a huge amount of human potential, and we all suffer from some degree of these plagues. In this book, Joshua Cartwright outlines potential solutions to overcome the psychological barriers that prevent us from achieving our potential. By stepping back from ourselves and analyzing the natural tricks our mind plays on ourselves, we can objectively assess our goals and move toward them.

The narrator speaks well and enunciates his words clearly. Recommended.

INTERESTING AND INSIGHTFUL

Fascinating listen, a little out of my wheelhouse, but I really found it interesting!

Learning the ways of the mind is... well, mind-blowing!

It answers questions, it asks questions.

Definitely intrigued!

Don't listen to your negative thoughts

It has been proven that the human mind will retain the bad far more than it will retain the good. This is because we need this skill for survival, however, this also makes for a world of pessimistic skeptical people who only end up tearing themselves down. Don't listen to your negative tapes inside, open your mind up to God and the positive thoughts He has for you. A great listen. It has a lot of valuable insight into how you can become a better person changing the thoughts inside your head and using positive self-talk. An Enlightening Guide

This book is all about changing the way you think and changing it. In today's world, we do not give the mind the respect it deserves. There is so much the mind can accomplish if you know how to unleash society's training/programming. This book walks you through how to do just that. This is not an easy thing to do and it does require constant work to make it happen but it can happen. I have been working on this for about twenty years and still have a long way to go. If you are serious about changing the way you think, therefore, the way you see the world then pick this book up. It will help you if you let it. As with all books of this type, it is totally up to you to make the changes, no one can do it for you. The narration is nicely done. Steve Stansell has a nice clear voice and reads at an easy pace.

Bunk

I couldn’t finish this book and I think it is totally bunk. I read a lot of self help and I don’t respect including material about how you can control weather with your mind.
