Exactly what I needed this morning!

I loved this morning meditation. The tone, the pace, the story, the sounds. Very easy to visualize. Awakened my mind, body, and spirit with ease…very quickly. The perfect start to my day!

Easy meditation and contemplation

I'm struggling this morning and was looking for space to just be. I was pleasantly surprised by the texture of the words and the calming this meditation brought me to. it's just 9 minutes of escape and was just what I needed. I will relisted regularly.

Strong narraration. powerfully imaginative. Feels like anything is possible to achieve. Give it a try

Different metaphor

Good overall. However, I would have preferred to meet my golden magnificence in a real life setting. Meeting her in some mystery room keeps her separate from my routine.

excellent mediation but too short

it starts and ends too soon that is the only drawback of this meditation.

Lovely guided meditation

I usually listen to this meditation right before bed. The narrator has a soothing voice and the imaginary is peaceful and relaxing.

Best way to wake up and go into the day feeling good

I’ve listened to this one several times and I keep coming back because the other ones I’ve tried just don’t feel as good. This is such a positive way to start your day. Highly recommend.

Great before bed

This was great before bed! This is a very relaxing guided meditation as it helps shed the unneeded.

I prefer my meditations a little slower that one felt rushed and then ended abruptly.

Effective imagery, will listen to this again

This piece uses excellent and effective imagery, and beautiful relaxing music. The narration could be improved to sound more natural, as if she is truly simply speaking to me and less as though she is reading the words. If that aspect was improved this would be five stars for me. Having said that, it still worked, I ended with a positive mental vibe which is the goal after all, and I will listen to this again.
