Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, it's a good book to remind you to think about HOW you want to live and what kind of life you want to live. What do you want your legacy to be? Not preachy - though God is mentioned - more "inspiring." And there are exercises and meditations to do that are helpful, too. All in all, a great way to start the new year - or any day of the year.

A skeptical man.
I have listened to audiobooks about personal growth and development before and I was familiar with the authors. I believed I would hear more of the same. I was surprised that I heard and learned something new. I had to continually keep an open mind so I could listen to the message the authors were delivering. I am the author of my life and this audiobook gave me some techniques to keep me living from my soul instead of my intellectual brain. I recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to be consistent in living a life of purpose.

Generic info interspersed with bad audio. I never got the sense that the authors has any vast knowledge of he subject matter and spoke in generalizations. Very disappointing.
