Relatable and insightful

I really enjoyed this read! It was easy to digest and provided great advise on how to handle fear. I recommend this book to anyone who feels paralyzed with fear whether the fear comes from perfectionism or overall anxiety, this book really makes you feel understood. This was my first audio book and highly recommend.
