The perfect title

Have relistened to this one several times - my favorite of the three books in the series. So much tenderness and compassion. The depth and nuances RJ Nolan brings to these characters is amazing. These women are strong and compassionate even if they both carry deep scars and both struggle with being in a romantic relationship. How they show up for each other is so therapeutic to listen to. Angela Dawe does a perfect job of breathing life, humanity and tenderness into this story.

A great conclusion to the three books

This was a great book, loved the characters the story line, even the woof woof of the Great Dane.
Narration as always when Angela Dawe is the narrator was great.

Am important love story I hope everyone will read!

This is “book three” in an outstanding series by R J- check it out! As always, the writing and character development are outstanding and the narration by Angela is simply magnificent! Even if you don’t read the rest, this one is a must! Few people have zero body image issues but for veterans who has been through some very difficult things, this book gives us the gift of not just saying “thank you for your service”, which I do often, but “thank you for your sacrifice and your ongoing bravery in recovery”! This is a book of healing, love and understanding, something that is as profound as it is beautiful! And YES, of course, there is some pretty hot romance too! Highly recommend!

Good listen

Two very different people with wounds. Each protecting themselves in their own way. The development of Understanding of each other was very well done was very well done

Unexpected great book

It was wonderful writing. Love the message and the bravery of the characters. Read the other two books this one it’s my favorite so far.

Two lovely souls with a lot in common

New author for me. Loved the story. Slow burn and very little angst. Never a dull moment for physicians in the ER. A sweet big dog and great chemistry between two MC’s. Angela Dawe narrating the book was the cherry on top!

This is such a beautiful story of two women who come together to find peace and love together. I will read this again and again! I wish there was a 2nd book about these 2 women!

Two lost and hurt souls, discovering how to trust and love again

Beautiful story, engaging and well crafted characters. Taking on difficult subjects with a steady hand, not shying away on hard to talk about topics. The narration, as usual from Mrs. Dawes was exquisite!

Great Story!

I was rooting for both MCs the entire time. What a beautiful story! I’ve been looking for more books narrated by Angela Dawe. I’ve also been trying to find books included in my membership without having to pay or use credits as I’ve been spending wayyyy to much money in the app. Although I never read the first book I feel like each of these stories in this series can stand alone.

Very gripping story!

My fave book in the LA Metro Series. Very well written, and again, Angela Dawe is on point with the narration.
