Finally a romance without games & hidden feelings
I love that this a rare romance story in which the characters just lay it all out in the open from the beginning. What they want, what they expect, and what they can give. That leads to it's own problems at times (what kind of story would it be without conflict of some sort?), but it's refreshing to read characters who know what they want and just say it.

Worth the Effort
Ok this book was better than the last, I like Sawyer and I felt for his character he was in real pain from his past. I get it and I liked that it had been a while so it wasn’t so fresh.
Deni is ok. And has S.A.D Seasonal Affected Disorder. I get it I have heard of it but I guess it was used as more of an excuse than a medical thing. That kind of bugged me.
The chemistry between the two was great. It was all very ok for me.
The narration is ok she is growing on me.
