I Couldn't Stop Listening!

I love this series and it seriously made me sad when I came to the end today. I wasn't ready for the book to end. I need more soon.

I love this writer and her series. I dont and never have like horror, sci fi and zombies but I love these books. It’s all about the characters and relationships.

From the talent of the writer to the phenomenal performances... I love every single book and listen again and again!

Good

More on people interacting than zombie drama but still entertaining. I prefer audiobooks with at least 10 hours of listening time, so this one does.

A attention grabber from start to finish.

Loved it from beginning to the end. Now the hard part....waiting for the next in the series!

MORE ADVENTURES PLEASE

The last two series SLF wrote are literally my favorite books. The characters were awesome. But they didn’t stay in one location. There was a lot more adventure, traveling, fighting zombies, the whole way I still like this series. Hopefully the last book will have my favorite traveling through zombie territory.

Really good story but takes too much of a departure into romance

The book is well written and interesting. but I have to double check if this is a zombie series or a romance novel. I'm not opposed to romance but for about half the book it felt like everyone forgot there was a zombie apocalypse because they got too busy living in a soap opera. And the fact that there are multiple parallel will they won't they romances culminating in chapter after chapter of lovey dovey makes the romance sections drag. Kissing and making love often stays exciting in real life, but gets old in wroting. its almost too bad I really liked the strong character development and story in book 1 because I'd likely drop this one if I wasn't invested. I do really like the story and and writing/characters despite this, but I really hope book 3 stops with the honeymoon phase and gets back to the zombie stuff. Whether or not I recommend this is dependent on the readers interest in romance. If you want pure zombie action I'd look elsewhere. If you want romanc in a post apocalyptic setting this is great. if you are like me, and don't mind romance but don't want it to be the focus, well that's a tough call

good book/series

Not too much violence, and not an overwhelming amount of people being horrible to each other just because they could. The one thing I, as a PNW native, kept getting knocked out of the story was the mispronounced area names.
