Needed a different narrator
The material in this book is largely common sense, made worse by the narrator. You can tell she's disconnected from the material and isn't even listening to herself. After 8 hours, I couldn't recall any actionable advice, so I ended up looking up a one-page summary of the book, which ended up being a better use of my time.
