Highly recommend.
Author is so authentic and detailed which really puts you in the story of her life. I cleaned my house today listening to this and it was a great tool to feed my Spirit while physically being productive. There is so much healing in this book. The way the Lord designed it to be. This book also has real, inward, refection on your personal health and prayers to solidify reflection. Overall great book!
