This review has been edited to add my audio notes. The narrator does a good job of voicing all the characters. The tone, attitude and inflection helps to convey the characters' feelings. Upon my listen I realize there is not as much action in this story as with some of the others in this series. This does not detract from my enjoyment.
This well written story of a mature couple finding each other a little later in life also gives us a small mystery. I like how Tiffany is a strong independent mom, grandma, businesswoman, friend and family member. I love how Declan comes to realize what he really wants in life now, how he has changed and grown, what is more important. I love revisiting with packmates from the past.

Great shifter story

I Enjoyed It

Another fun romance from Meg Ripley. I like the dynamic of a rockstar/fan romance. I liked both Tiffany and Declan. They both live very different and busy lives. How would adding in your fated mate work out? Great supporting characters. Elle Sonali did another great job bringing these characters to life.

Falling for the rockstar

I love this series, how characters cross over in each story. This is Tiffany and Declan's story of becoming mates. This book did not disappoint. It has romance, falling in love and danger that ends in a happy ever after. I could read this book over and over and not feel like it is stale. The characters are well written and come alive between the pages.

Modern Day Shifter Romance

A solid listen with standout narration by Elle Sonali—always a pleasure to hear her work. This story leans more into modern romance with just a light touch of shifter elements. While I had hoped for a bit more focus on the paranormal side, it was still an engaging and enjoyable experience overall.

I enjoyed the audiobook just as much as the ebook!

I enjoyed the listen and the giggles I got from it. The narrator Elle always does a good job for Meg Ripley's stories. The story embodies that during at least the holidays or every day of the year it's not the possessions you have that make a person happy it's the love you share with the people you care about. I enjoyed this very much.

Tiffany is out with friends for a rock band at the local pub run by their pack's alpha. She's been a huge fan of them since her 20s. Now she's in her 40s and going to hear them sing for the first time. She gets tipsy then talked into doing a crowd surfing. Then to her dismay she falls to the floor. Declan Ridgefield helps her up. He's the lead singer. There's a zap when he touches her. That's when she realizes he is her mate! Oh heck no!! She's a granny and owner of a diner he's famous and and and...just no way! Will she be able to adjust to the reality will he? What about an ex band mate intent on revenge?

Elle Sonali has a gentle soothing voice that transfers over to her characters and pulls from them the emotions and love they feel and makes it real.
