Author does not offer anything to heal core wounds of self-love or self-worth, but simply brags incessantly about herself. Self-love is not conceit. The author makes gender stereotypes throughout and offers dogmatic pronouncements. She insists one must have a romantic relationship, which is highly questionable. If you want to read a non-spiritual, random collection of pseudo insights from a wealthy, white privileged author obsessed with luxury vacations and possessions, enjoy. For me this was a ghastly waste of time and offered no strategies for growth or change.
