Pretty Good

"Wide Awake" sat in my audible library for a couple of years before I finally decided to get into it. Although it took me a while to finish because my interest ebbed and flowed, I would still say I enjoyed the story overall, the duet style performance saved this for me; I could feel the love and affection between the main characters.

A GOOD BOOK IN A GREAT SERIES

I liked how the series included a gay couple in Connor and Brady. Then expanding that couple into a trio with Carmen their Omega. It's a brutal but consensual relationship between the three but also very loving and protective. Each would and almost did die for each other. This book adds a good story line to the already great story line going. I only gave it a four because there are a few in the series that I think are better. However, you need to start with book one for the story line to make sense. WIDE AWAKE is not a stand alone book. Saying that, the whole series is a MUST READ!! I sure do hope there are more coming in the series with Stones pack.. Mitchell's as well. That being said, there is violence and sex that is a little racier beyond the norm of a "normal" paranormal romance series. So take the disclaimer at the beginning seriously. If you can take it then you will enjoy a great story line by a great author and performance in this day and age. NO AI VOICE!! I won't even waste my time reading a book that has AI voice no matter how good the book. The voice ruins the whole story line and imagination. ENJOY!

Love the series

I am definitely finishing this series. I love the characters and the storyline. It a different twist on shifters. characters are well developed. Absolutely love the duet style narration. This is a MMF relationship, so if you are not comfortable listening /reading poly romance couples- you could skip this one, but you will be missing info on the ongoing mystery of where the virus started and what can be done to stop it. I highly recommend the whole series.

MMW too strange

It furthered the overall series plot but should have skipped it. Don’t know if I care to read any more of the series.

This might be my favorite book in this series!
I loved the mmf relationship, two hot alphas yes please 😘
I’m basically in love with ever charter Anna creates lol.
All of her audiobooks have the best narrators!
I really love how one of a kind this series is and I can not wait for the next book😍
