A great wrap up to another very good series.

Konkoly does it again.

Love the mix of characters from two different book series.

I hope the series is pure fiction.

It was an exciting 3- book ride.

Time for another Ryan Decker book or even Alex Fletcher come back.

Finally! The story concludes!

I really liked Devin Gray and his cohorts, however, the Devin Gray books are not stand-alone novels. Wide Awake concludes the Devin Gray adventure that was started in the first book, Deep Sleep, and continued in the second, Coming Down. The author writes convincing characters, and I especially appreciate that his female characters are strong, capable, smart, and valuable. His story was excellent, but it felt a bit like cheating to spread one story over three separate books.

Well written and kept you listening until the end. The style of writing really allows the reader to picture the events as they happen!

Fast moving. Good story. Acceptable reading. Occasional victories scattered throughout the story. I liked it.

Wrap up

As already stated this was a great wrap up to the series. I’ll. Probably wait 6-8months and re-read the series with out a break waiting for the next chapter! Very well done!

first 2 were much better

dont know what happened with this one, it was a boring story. konkoly writes better than this.

Snoozefest

Ironically Wide Awake kept me snoozing. I fell asleep three times trying to finish this. I don’t think I will finish this and as a person who has both read or listened to more than 700 books and haven’t finish around 10 it says a lot. The narration on this particular story did nothing. It just sounds like white noise and nothing sounded exciting. I don’t know how weapons and bombs can sound boring, but mission accomplished!
