Organization in transformation

Gerstner's review of his leadership at IBM is compelling and suitable for audio format. I enjoyed being guided through the story of a successful major change effort in a well-known organization. Most change efforts are not this successful. I am left wondering how insiders in the Big Blue feel about the same years in transition.

I lived it... and loved it!

I was an IBMer thru the years - and actually before and after Gerstner. I loved hearing all of this from his perspective - and remembering from mine. A true leader who ‘got it’.
