What kind of twisted mind does it take to commit murder? Try if you can, for just a few short minutes, to place yourself in that avenue. Imagine the perversion it would take to snuff out the existence of another human being. Wouldn't that callous act seem even more maniacal if it were planned, even staged, so that it unfolded like the acts of a play? Not random acts, not even accidental, but calculated and all for mere personal gratification. In the same pattern as a lie, once committed, more evil deeds will follow, for a criminal mind does not perceive what they are doing as abnormal. The calculating mind of pure evil can easily justify these random acts of violence. That type of evil has shown itself to be true far too many times in the past. How best to handle such a cunning creature - one who seems to hunger for the blood of others and cannot be sated. When the truth finally surfaces, all legal measures will fail, and the victims will be robbed of their restitution.
