Don’t waste your money
This book should be called “I am sammy Franco look how great CFA is” The book is a glorified sales pitch on how great Contemporary Fighting Arts is and that we teach all methods, use all equipment, practice all philosophies! The book gets REAL boring after awhile during the constant bragging how great CFA is.
