Clarity of concept to guide in this process.

it's a must read book. There is alot of great things you are going to learn. I could tell everything that stood out to me, however I want you to pick up a copy and dive deep into every word.

Deep Truth

This book was so relevant and useful. It takes away the taboo of therapy for the faith based person. We all need a safe space to share our deep Truth and so be encouraged to get yourself a therapist. I love the transparency of Anthony and Stacey.. people don't want to hear from super heroes but Humans with real experiences. Thanks.. To the reader remember wounds that are not healed or hidden you bleed out on those who didn't cut you....

I’m so thankful for the insight regarding spiritual and mental health and how it all plays a part in the Christian life, especially in African American men. Thank you so much for saying it’s okay for a man to cry.
