I'd like to recommend a wonderful novel for your summer reading list. KATHERINE CENTER's
~WHAT YOU WISH FOR~ is
built around an elementary school setting, and takes a humorous wise and tender look at life, pain, loss, trauma, grief, and the intential decision to CHOOSE joy in the midst of it all.
Very relatable and I feel restored in the midst of this Covid confusion!

Easy listen
Nice easy listen. There were parts that I thought was completely unrealistic which was a bit annoying. The narrator is good - she is very expressive with her voice, however it borders on being a bit too dramatic (and some places a bit whiny). Not really a book I’ll listen to again, but I did enjoy it and didnt feel it was a waste of my credit.

Such a comfort read!!
Wow loved this book! It made me laugh, smile, and left me wanting to even cry at times. Definitely worth the listen… also this narrator is one of my favorites, I think I could listen to the worst book ever written with her narrating!

everything Therese Plummer reads sound the same, and that made me wish I'd read it instead.
The narration is so overdone it really made it hard to get into the story. Every line is so dramatically read and so "Therese Plummer" in delivery, that I really struggled to get a sense of the characters. Augh!
