A girlfriend gives you advice on how to age with grace (and fun)

Being postmenopausal myself, I really enjoyed the advice and stories Nina tells on her book, about pre, peri and post menopause, some brought from her life, some from her group on Facebook. Much like a girlfriend who has some good advice to share, she assures us we are not done with life and helps navigate the changes that come with aging, from hair to relationships.
The narrator does a great job too.

annoyingly read

decent advice but performed so dramtic and cheesy and seemed very unnatural and cringy. I could barely listen I'm still in chaper 2 and seriously I don't want to listen anymore.
