Very Worthwhile

I found this to be very useful. As it turns out, I am one of those people who may come across as being arrogant. I think many of us can see ourselves in the 20 bad habits he documents. To get this kind of information in a corporate setting would cost thousands. This book has caused me to think...which is the highest accolade I can give.

Things we already know we should be doing but dont. Great book to refocus oneself.

Worthy read

Book is primarily on mindshift focus and operating in a different narrative than where you currently are at. Managers will find the book very beneficial as it helps you to see how those around you view you. We tend to get tunnel vision and the guides in the book help refocus the lens.

I found the book very interesting and as someone who is always looking to get better I found a few things I can work on. Great read for people looking to achieve more!

Excellent, simple insights into change

Marshall Goldsmith is an engaging, facinating speaker and his personality shows through nicely in this audiobook. His technique of picking one bad habit to change and following up month after month is very effective. I am using his techniques in my life and in my office and am very happy with the results.

Yes, I enjoyed the book and took away a lot from it. I enjoyed him not only sharing the stories of his clients but his life events that we can all relate to.
