It Didn't Have to Be Like This :'( - SPOILERS

Oakheart is literally me and I don't understand why Bluefur (literally my girlfriend) refused to let him join Thunderclan. He was willing to join and he said that he didn't mind not becoming a Riverclan deputy. He still ended up raising the kits by himself. But he could have become a stay at home dad so that Bluefur can become Deputy. The death of Mosskit was heart-wrenching and some might say unnecessary.

I was introduced to this series with this book by my gf because she is a huge fan. We listened to this together and now I am a fan as well. I expected a book about "ninja cats" to be more lighthearted but I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the characters and story. 10/10, would recommend. If you rate this audiobook under 5 stars..... .. .. .. I hope a "monster" finds u as it did Snowfur.

I really like how they explain why bluestar went bonkers about starclan. It’s sad sometimes, but a great book nonetheless.

The narrator did a great job on the book. I loved the story and I never knew what would happen next. Great book highly recommended!
