Every time I return to Boulder Ranch, I swear it tightens its hold on my heartstrings. There’s just something magical about Cole County—the wide-open skies, the romance, the rodeo cowboys who don’t realize they’re falling until they’re gone and the strong, independent women they love. And Want Me? This one had me absolutely mesmerized.

Nash Donovan, born and raised in Cole County—he left for college knowing one day he’d return, destined to take over the family business. But he had built a life of his own and had a successful business in Montana.
Then there’s Betty Hughes: stargazer and dreamer who has only ever wanted two things - to leave Cole County and to love Nash Donavan.

When Nash returns for rodeo season his best friend Beckett convinces him to babysit a very tipsy Betty. In her drunkenness, she admits to Nash that she has loved him since she was 10 years old.
These two had me feeling all the feels and I have never enjoyed the friends to lovers trope more than I did in this book.

Andi Eloise was a perfect choice for this book. Her sweet Southern warmth is chef’s kiss for Betty—soft, hopeful, and just a touch vulnerable.
Ryan Lee Dunlap is a new name for me, and wow did he nail Nash. Rugged, tender, just enough broody cowboy… I’ll definitely be looking for more of his work.

Boy oh boy…

Man oh man this one drove me nuts. I almost DNF’d this book so many times because he kept fighting it over and over. Then Betty just kept giving in like girl STAND YOUR GROUND!!

Ate this audiobook up. I am a sucker for age gap, brother’s best friend trope.

This cowboy romance is everything. You get a little bit of everything. Pining, age gap, small town, brother’s best friend, childhood crush, friends to lovers.

Betty finds herself at the bar, having fun. Nash gets told to keep an eye on her by his best friend Beckett….
She accidentally spills that she’s had a crush on Nash…
Nash does the good thing and TRIES his best to do good and leave it be. Doesn’t want to ruin his friendship…

I Loved that Nash struggled with his feelings and Ryan really bought that to life. The anguish really shone through, even though Betty had always had feelings for him I would say that Nash fell first, and challenged Betty to confront and accept her feelings.

This was Ryans first book for me. I loved Andi's interpretation of Betty and I look forward to hearing more from this duo.

This book is so good! Second time reading it, first time listening to it. Andi and Ryan did a fantastic job bringing Nash and Betty to life! This book is about taking chances and being brave enough to go after what you want. Can't wait to see where the rest of the series takes us!
