Another great book from Camille Peters. Story and performance was great. Loved it & can’t wait for next one.

Seren grows. So hold on, if you are not drawn to her personality.

A story of transformation and healthy compromise. Ronan and Seren do have great dialogue, though Seren can seem intolerable and purposefully difficult in the early stages. Ronan was a delight. Similarly to the previous book, the limited locations provide a tighter storyline with fewer characters.

Excellent narration!

This was a wonderful audiobook. The story was well written and the narration was really well done. All of the characters sounded different from each other. Audiobooks can be a hit or miss. It all depends on the narrator. This narrator was truly fabulous!

Great book

Lovely story. I enjoy the knowledge of herbs, astronomy, and the narration. It makes you feel involved in the story.

something about being trapped

i personally feel like there is something frustrating about a romance with two character with seemingly different personalities for a romance trapped on a ship that frustrates me when nothing truly impactful begins a shift.
this is isn't even slow burn or truly misunderstanding. Early in the book wanted me to just start skipping around. I had all hopes for this, but just seemed so similar to Reflection which left me a bad taste for this sort of writing in this genre.
alot of things are just to obvious.
i might have felt different overall if the monotony of the princess and her struggles were broken up with Ronans pov. I'm certain it would have been better, and broken up my hopes for a narrative distraction.
