Boundaries Over Boinking

Don't get me wrong- I'm a huge fan of a super steamy romance, even crossing over into the darker side of things (as long as it furthers the plot or character development). Even with all of that, every time Basi turns down sexy fun times and sticks to her boundaries I can't help but love her character even more! It's SO refreshing and in-line with the rest of her personality I have to thank the fantasy romance Gods for giving me a freaking break!!! If one more FMC jumps right on some guy's **** after swearing she would never do that...it's getting SO old!!! Thank you Kelly St. Clare!!!

Loved this!

Such a great and original series. I loved how well written the characters are! I especially love Ky and Bassil…they were true mates, but one vampire and one human. Even with the pull of true mates, and therefore drawn to each other, I loved how they gradually fell in love.
This was romantic, adventurous, suspenseful and even had some action. But the romance definitely was the main theme. So yummy!
The audio was awesome, Amanda Dolan did all the voices. Usually in romance I’d rather have a guy and a girl, but Amanda made me forget she was one narrator. It was like it was full narrated!! That’s true talent for a narrator! I’d love to listen to more books with her narrating!!

Pleasant Surprise

I loved the entire series! The character build up was very well done. It is romance but there is great amount of attention to the plot, twists, and turns. Honestly had me at the edge of my seat through out the entire series. I can't wait to explore other books from this author!

Fantastic Ending

I really enjoy this series BUT...

I like this series alot but my only complaint is to do with the narrator. she is good but one thing that really gets under my skin and annoyed the hell out of me is the narrators sounds when she says anything that has the "P" sound its like she spits a little or something when she says them and it drives me insane. It gets really frustrating when narrators have thes extremely annoying things about them. A narrator can make or break a good book/series.
Also it aggravates the hell out of me how damn two faced she can be with him. She talked major shit behind his back but she was also not afraid to say anything to his face but I feel he really does care for her and hs egives him a super extra bitchy hard time. Yes he has earned alot of it but eventually something has to give and she acts as if he doesn't matter to her qhe. it comes to her friend an other humans when he really does mean everything to her . Guess she's supposed to be living in denial or some stupid annoying crap like that. She is a super big mean rich bitch. Other than that the rest is pretty good.

CAN’T STOP LISTENING!!!

KELLY ST CLARE can spin an incredible web! She is so good at dragging out the main couples love hate affair. I love how she builds on all the characters where at first you don’t know if you even like the main character but they always get better in her books where you really love them at the end. I’ve only got one book to go and I’m sad there’s not five more.
If you love paranormal love stories with tons of twists and turns , hot sex but not much of it, just enough to keep you hanging

storline is so fun

love the storyline, the narrator rocks, I love all the series, can't wait for a a book in the the witches series

Meh!

So much going around, instead for a story developing Basilia keeps going for the"can't feel this way but still getting you" attitude, she behaves like a spoiled brat, Kyros is pretty hot but would have liked to have his side of the story as well, will give a try to the last book, hopefully can finish reading it, counting that the second book was hard to focus on finishing it.
