Nice audiobook with musical guided meditation. Very easy to follow so you can repeat the steps later on your own. I paid close attention to the sleep position section to help with my back pain. Regulating my body to heal itself through techniques is my preference over prescription meds so mindfulness and other suggestions peek my interest. I’d recommend this book.

This book was such an eye opener for me. I've always thought stress was just about mindset, but it explained how much our body and especially the vagus nerve (which honestly is I hadn't heard of before) plays a role.
