I enjoyed this book. It is easy to listen to and contains everything you need to know about taking a trip to Yellowstone. I was very impressed with this extremely comprehensive guide to Yellowstone National Park. It begins with a journey into the history of the park many, many years ago and its inhabitants. It then thoroughly describes hotel accommodations. It tells the reader which hotels are by which attractions, geysers and hot springs, or wildlife and historic sites, depending on your preferred attraction. The book describes in detail the accommodations and which is best depending on the group or family you are traveling with.

The book discusses all the attractions and guided tours that you can see as well as children's activities and getting badges for participating in the Ranger program. The book concludes with an extensive checklist for packing clothes, outwear, and footwear depending on the season. It itemizes everything you should have in a first aid kit. It is as thorough as you would want. Finally, it even gives recommendations on itineraries, even if you only have one day to visit. Outstanding guide!
