Great book!

Never expected the ending! Great suspense and I enjoyed the ending that makes me want to get the next book now!

Great storyline

This book was a little hard to keep my attention the first couple of chapters but then I couldn’t turn it off! From the beginning I thought Jack was involved but I shouldn’t say any more.

loved the suspense, always waiting to see what was going to happen next. Appreciated the fact that no foul language.

I truly enjoyed it, the reader was made it exciting would pass this on.

A pleasant surprise

To find a good crime mystery that is also faith based but not gushy in your face is delightful. Loved the story though I found myself getting exasperated by Cloe. Self deprecating, stubborn to a fault when offered help. The narration could use some improvement. She struggled with accents and making the characters’ voices distinct. I would read more of the author’s books.

I enjoyed this book! Without revealing anything I was impressed with how the story ended!

Great Story

I am so glad I chose this book. I was unfamiliar with the author and was thrilled to read a really good mystery with an intricate plot and excellent narration. I definitely want to listen to the rest of this series. It is nice to listen to a good mystery with good language. Worth a credit.

There’s a sequel? Wow, I’m excited.

I loved this book and can’t wait to start this next one. I couldn’t understand the ending of the book. A sequel, that explains it.

Excellent plot, well-written

Really enjoyed this one. Excellent plot, interesting characters, kept my attention throughout. Be sure to listen from prologue through the epilogue.

Intriguing Story

This well written story also has great narration. I just discovered D.L. Wood and am enjoying her books!
