Inspirational and Encouraging
This was a delightful book. The characters are wonderful and realistic. It is full of examples of love and forgiveness that inspire and encourage. It shows the healing and joy that love can bring. But it also illustrates how difficult circumstances can still test love. Oliver and Maria journey over a rough road to learn to truly forgive and love. And as always with this author the story is sweet and clean.
The narrator was pretty good. I didn't think the voices fit the characters in some cases, especially Oliver. But overall it wasn't bad to listen to.
I requested this audio book from the author and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.

Love!
He loved her before she did him, but God brought them together! I think that he may have never asked her if it weren't too save her as he was so shy/reserved. He did though! She still had to work through her stuff, but she did! Great story!!

I definitely think the narrator needs to work on his acting skills. Oliver's voice especially. But I LOVED this story! It focuses on how young girls like myself, seek love from a man when they don't feel it at home from the family. I can completely relate to the ease to go down the wrong path. But this book speaks about grace, forgiveness, reconciliation, and trust in God's plans! It is a wonderful and entertaining story but also a very educational one. It can show young innocent women how manipulative and selfish some men can be while highlighting the kind and self-sacrificing nature of other men. I highly recommend this book for girls twelve and older.
