Heart felt

What a beautiful story of love, life, joy and heartache. To see the characters grow and change, to see their faith and application of their faith, just thought provoking. Truly enjoy this author.

Loving Lori Wick!

I have been a Lori Wick fan for almost 3 decades now! Her style of writing is wonderful. I love the settings that she uses. Try typing “Historical Romantic Christian Authors” in any search engine and your phone says, “What??” I cannot read any longer, so Audible has saved me!
I love the narrator, I get lost in the books that I am thrilled that her voices never get so annoyed about the way she reads to me.
The story is wonderful! I think I said this already, but it cannot be said enough! Please, please do “Bamboo and Lace” (my personal favorite), and then you can get started on the California series!! Not that I am pushing for what comes next!

Surprisingly I kept listening

I loved how the quality of the reading of each character was readily embraced. It was so authentic- Very Christian based, but nice to enjoy a wholesome romance book without all the grit. Pleasant and appreciated change. Speaks to the story line and how a book can be good without smut. It dragged a lil in the end, but still decent nonetheless.
