This is a timeless piece of literature.
This will go down in history as the books along side of Jim Collins "Good to Great" and Dale Carnegie "How to win Friends and Influence people".

I really appreciate Howard's candid insights. As a new practice owner who feels overwhelmed at times with all the responsibilities of being a business owner, this book helped simplify some of my worries and have he motivation to keep moving forward!!

if you've read other books you may find you've heard some of this before.

you may find also Howard goes a bit quickly though some parts and you wish he'd slow down a little as he has soo much knowledge

Must read for dentists and self employed people

Farran gives step by step approach to running a business-people,time, money. He breaks down each component into thoughtful pieces that make sense. His examples are understandable/scalable. He gives great references and stories that add"meat" to the message. Absolute gold. Additional life message that is very caring and big picture. Also gives additional books to read-"leaders are readers!" Farran is a credit to his profession and family.

Should be required reading for all graduating Dentists!

I just finished this book for the 3rd time in the past several years. There is a priceless collection of dental business advice here that will change every dentist’s world for the good if applied. It has changed mine! Thank you Dr. Farran!!
