Alice is different than other 18-year-old ladies in Kexford, which is perfectly fine with her. But when Alice develops photographs she has recently taken about town, familiar faces of old suddenly appear in the place of her actual subjects - the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter, the Caterpillar. There’s something eerily off about them, even for Wonderland creatures. And as Alice develops a self-portrait, she finds the most disturbing image of all - a badly injured dark-haired girl asking for Alice’s help. Mary Ann.

Returning to the place of nonsense from her childhood, Alice finds herself on a mission to stop the Queen of Hearts’ tyrannical rule and to find her place in both worlds. But will she able to do so...before the End of Time?

LOVED THIS

So it was a little slow at times but the book as a whole was so wonderfully done. The narrator had a very pleasant voice and the story was clever and well written I am looking forward to listening to other books in this series. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a few slow parts they really aren’t bad I mostly just loved when she was in wonderland that when she wasn’t I would drift a bit but overall def worth the listen! I didn’t want it to end!

amazing addition to my favorite novels!! really suggest any lewis carroll fan gives it a read.

A little slow to start, but a fun creative twist on Alice with a fantastic ending. Wonderful narration as well.

Alice in Wonderland is one of my all time favorite Disney movies! This book was amazing with a twist! I couldn’t stop listening to it! Can’t wait to start reading/listening to another!

I love the way this was written. The reader was fantastic!! The story was a bit odd going back and forth and had to follow if you missed something but overall it was a great story. i would recommend it.

I absolutely loved this story. The narrator is fantastic. The imagery is perfectly detailed. Alice in wonderland is one of my favorites. I was a little worried but once I started I couldn’t stop listening. I can’t wait to get through more of the : A Twisted Tale series.

I LOVED this booked so much and the voice of the reader was great for the setting of the book. I have dyslexia so Audible makes it easier for me to finish reading books. I still have physical books to ready along with. I have recommended twisted tales to lots of people.
