Excellent read

Immediately drew me in to the story, enjoy the author’s ability to describe scenery as well as the characters.

Victoria made me feel like I was a friend she was sharing her delightful tales with! I love anything narrated by Jill’s Bond!!

I laughed out loud multiple times. I’m loving this writer’s style. It’s comfy and relatable content.

Fun and Relatable

Enjoyed the first book, and this feels like a visit with friends. Nothing deep or dramatic. But a fun listen, and the narrator is very skilled and pleasant

This person tells the story is great. I like the perspectives given. The animals lives are so much fun.

Storyline

Loved every bit of it! The narrator is amazing. This book is fascinating and funny and great family morals, plus really transports you to a small mountain village in Spain! Love the ways it expresses the feelings and experiences of daily life of the “two old fools” Highly recommend!!

Love this lighthearted hilarious series.

Silly little every day experiences are made to sound so funny. And I absolutely love the narrator. She is awesome and really makes the series come alive. I’ll read all the books in the series. So enjoyable.

What lovely books this and the previous one! These days , which seem filled with troubles, necessitate a bit of simple , charming peacefulness. I believe you too shall find Mrs. Tweads books to have just that gift to offer. Jilly Bond is totally the cream cheese icing on the cake. Her reading of Pilcher works were magical. Same here. Take a trip with this book…

Fun and engaging

Both books (Chickens… and this) kept me laughing and reading throughout. They’ve made me want to visit El Hoyo to see what it’s like, even though I’m sure time has changed it. I hope to read more of the Fools’ journeys.

Just loved it!

Cannot wait to read their next adventure! Such a delightful story and characters. Tears with this one though.
