great audiobook and story.

I really enjoyed this. Definitely took a different direction towards the end and I loved it! so happy that everyone ended up with a good ending and the damage was technically reversed. The narration was excellent, never dry.

Great Listen.

This is another great book by KuroKoneko Kamen. We have Angels, Vampires and Demons that just make a great fantasy story. Gabriel and Dominic story is just a great story that does have some emotional parts. Then Burks Rives does a great job bring the emotions and the story to life.

Sexy Fun

If you are a fan of books that play in grey between good & evil this is the listen for you. I loved the humor, the plot was absorbing, with high heat, and a lot of feels.

A reminder that love is love. Love can overcome anything. I truly enjoyed this story.

Nice twist!

This was my first listen of this author and narrator. I loved the different ways old characters as we know them were portrayed. It kept my attention throughout the whole story. I'd never read a book about a God and vampire falling for each other, but since I love anything paranormal romance, it was right up my alley. The narrator did a great job bringing this book to life and his voice fit the characters perfectly. Can't wait to read more by this author.

I really enjoyed this book

Right after I ordered this book my eyes fell on a review about the rape and child molestation scene in the book and my heart dropped and I thought I was going to have to return a book. I decided to go ahead and listen to it, and I am very glad I did. The book did have a rape scene and a remotely viewed child molestation scene that could have been done more graphically and been horrendous but the telling of it was very necessary to explain the character and why he is the way he is. It was handled very sensitively.

The story itself was very intense but most books that deal in BDSM tend to get intense. I loved the description of the different demons and the humanization of angels.

The narrator did a fabulous job with this book. he moved it along he kept it level he allowed the emotions and the story itself to be presented. I really appreciate narrators like this.

a touching yet hot listen

this is a touching story with heated scene that was a wonderful way to spend a day off. the narrator brought this great story to life in a very enjoyable way for me.

broken, shattered, resurrected

So much emotion as I listened. It broke me when Gabe came to rescue Dom (in the beginning) and Dom demeaned himself. Dom's evil empty vessel of a mom made me want to puke. I cheered when Dom found her. So much hurt and so little comfort in here -gutwrenching! Zepar had me seeing red. Pure evil. Zepar was the gift that kept on taking and taking. Smh. Gabe made so man sacrifices that it hurt my soul. As I listened to this, I sank deeper and deeper into utter despair for the two main characters. Soul shattering. Perfect ending! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life, and I'm still crying!!!

Loved it!

Loved this fun listen! Full of action, humor, and romance. Loved getting to know the characters, Gabriel and Dominick are so much fun. Loved the narrator, he really brought the characters to life with unique voices and emotion. I received a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

another great yaoi

for those of you who love yaoi stories this is a great one the narrator was good as well and the story reminded me of myself 10 years ago while I read tons of mangas
