Yes! I love Vlad's storyline. He offers no pretense about who and what he is.

Vlad's dungeon banter

Which scene was your favorite?

Vlad saving face in the dungeon when Leila/Frankie tricks his guards into letting her see him.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Vlad voices his love for Leila.

Any additional comments?

I would have given the performance five stars; but, there were times in the story where Tavia overacted. For example, the love scences between Leila and Vlad. For the most part, it was an enjoyable listen.

What made the experience of listening to Twice Tempted the most enjoyable?

the humor adventure and the heat between the two main characters.

What did you like best about this story?

The story is a great read and the audio version is easy to follow.

What about Tavia Gilbert’s performance did you like?

I am a fan of Tavia Gilbert; she is the perfect voice for the Frost characters. She packs her performance with fantastic acting and distinguishable voices. Any story narrated by her is worth the purchase.

WOW I did not see that coming!

I have been a fan of Jeaniene Frost ever since I discovered her Night Huntress series. I devoured each one as soon as I could. Her character development mixed with Tavia’s narration makes each book come to life.

In TWICE TEMPTED, we have once again been presented with a masterpiece of writing and narration. Vlad and Leila, Fire and Ice are driving each other mad with passion, desire and a force of wills never before seen in today’s literature. In this book the plot twists keep you guessing while you may believe the story will go one way you are all of a sudden thrown for a loop, in a good way, wondering WOW I did not see that coming! The story ended well with the tantalizing realization that there will be more to come.

Jeaniene in my humble opinion has developed characters that rival Kat and Bones in their love and intensity. I love how she keeps each world separate but then blends just enough to keep you aware of all her other fantastic people.

I thought the first book was AWSOME but the second one was GREAT and makes me crave the last book just that much more.

She's VERY enthusiastic and it works.

Yes, and did. So much sleep lost!!! But it was well worth it!!

TAVIA GILBERT DOES A GREAT JOB OF THE VOICES - SHE CONTINUES TO USE THE CORRECT ONES FOR EACH CHARACTER IN THIS SERIES
ALSO I LOVE IT JEANIENE FROST STARTED WITH BONES AND KAT AND ALL THEIR FRIENDS AND ALLIANCES AND THEN SHE DELVES INTO EACH OF THOSE CHARACTERS AND THEIR INDIVIDUAL STORIES

Well if you read my review for the first book in this series it will come to no surprise that I absolutely love this book!! Jeaniene Frost is probably one of my favorite authors out there.

And as I said before...

Although this series a 1000% can stand on it's own ( and I kind of wish this was her main series ) I do highly recommend starting with The Night Huntress series ( Halfway to the Grave, the first book in the series ) first.

I would also recommend looking up how to read her book series in order, she has a lot of little side books that go along with this wonderful world she has dreamed up.

The only possible thing I can say negative is...

I sadly think there is only going to be 4 books in the series. Boy oh boy I hope I am wrong about that!!

Love it!

As good as the first one, which is hard to do! Couldn't put it down! starting number three in morning, we will see if the story continues to hold my interest.
