well written, short interesting true crime stories

I like that the stories are short but well written, enough info and details about what happened to keep you interested without details you don't need. good to pass the time at work, driving, on a bus or plane trip, etc. my only complaint is some things are missing, it will say it's in the appendix but it's not.

Well worth the purchase price.

I got volumes 1-15 for one credit. The narrator is great. The sound recording was spot on. The facts of each case will curl ur toe hair. lol .
Open requests for case materials at the beginning of each new volume. I've decided to send in some case materials from a local infamous case in my town.
Each chapter of the volume represents one case review of the facts, each lasts about 15-30 minutes. One hundred percent 💯 happy with this and will definitely buy volumes 16 and beyond.

I bought this for a vacation and it was well worth it.

I actually had a 10 day vacation and one and half day plane rides. Kept me totally occupied. I actually purchased it and I’m glad I did.

For a book that can be challenging to listen to the narrator did an excellent job.

short and to the point

I thought the stories were great. They were short and right to the point. I liked everything about it. The one thing I had a problem with was that I couldn't find a few of the appendixes at the end like he said there was. Other than that, have no regrets buying.. Thanks keep up the good work

Love this set

I listen to this when going to sleep or cleaning. One of my favorite purchases by far. I do find that the gentleman with a British accent is harder to fall asleep to but I think it is because my brain is working harder to understand. BUT!! In Mommy's Little Helpers at about 1:40, the book says, "The moved to another seaside town" in INDIANA. Indiana is near Lake Michigan, which is not a sea. It is about 500 miles from any ocean.

mispronunciation

it's not sub-sequent, it's SUBS-suhquent. I don't think this is a regional or other language difference like labratory and LAB-ora-tory. this narrator says subsequent/subsequently incorrectly at least three times. Mispronouncing words should be a deal breaker for being a narrator.

the thoroughness of each story and having so many of them.

I've been listening to these crime story's for weeks now. each story is really captivating in the way it was read. I even heard one from my city and thought, I know of another from here. so I will have to turn it in.
this audio book is the most complete book of crime that I ever listened too. kudos to the hard work put into this book
