Great Read!!

Exceptional story. This whole series has been awesome. The narrator is one of the best!

Pretty good overall

I am really enjoying the series but the author doesn't do well with love stories.

Does Not Disappoint

I am definitely hooked on this series by Margaret Mizushima. As usual, Miszushima keeps the reader’s interest throughout the story. Some book series get redundant and boring after the first couple of books but not this one. I enjoy how the main characters have developed in each novel and I feel like I’m very familiar with the fictional town of Timber Creek and the surrounding area. I also appreciate how the author answers questions about the main character’s personal life in each book. I look forward to seeing how Mattie will continue to evolve in the next story.

Clean romantic suspense

The story had enough twist and turns to be engaging. touch of romance but not over the top. The criminals trip themselves up and get caught. The dealtha were sad and senseless.

Like, but not as much as others

I did like this read I enjoy reading her K9 cop series but this was not my favorite of the ones I've read so far. it might be just me but seems to be a bit repetitive in parts. Especially for those who have read the ones before this. I know certain things bear repeating for the book to be a stand-alone so those who have not read the ones before can understand but seems to do so redundantly!

I love this series... you can care for the characters.. get caught up in the story, while you wonder who did it .And clean enough for my teenager !

Another great read (book 5) but start series from start.

This is a great series and looking forward to starting book 6. However for those just starting her books and choosing to start with book 5, (Tracking Game), I recommend you stop and start from the 1st book (Killing Trail) so you better understand character development.

I love the narrator of this series. She’s got a great cadence to her speech. The characters are always being a little more developed in each book and the story is believable. I love love love the canine characters and the knowledge of how a canine officer works. The connection of Maddie to Robo is almost superhuman! I can’t wait to read/listen to each book in the series

Perfect pace.

• Good flow & pace.
• Not "too" many characters to muddy the plot.
• The secondary characters though, could've been a little more developed for a bit more intrigue.
• All in all, a very pleasant read.

Maddie, Robo and Cole do it again with a great story. Sad that I only have one more book.
