Not as good as book one

This book was a little slow and the plot seemed to drag on. In addition, this book wasn’t as sensual as book one, either. So, basically, this book was just Ok. That being said, I am going to continue the series.

Distracting names!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The characters' names sound the same and are very distracting. The narrator did the best he could with Trace, Pris, Chris and Alice but I constantly found myself saying,

Have you listened to any of Jim Frangione???s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Like his performances in Black Dagger Brotherhood, and although he did a fine job with this book, the story is weak.

What would have made this romance irresistible?

Another author's re-write.

Loved it!

I’m hooked on anything Lori foster. The storyline pulls you in and the characters are like able. Someone you’d want to hang out with.
The narrator did an amazing job. Onto the next one.

Wow soooo good. Trace is all Hot intense male. Jim Frangione narration surrounds and consumes you. Lori Foster has once again grabbed my attention, hauled me into the story and didn't let me go till the very end. I feel totally satisfied in every way. Not one to let a good thing go i have purchased the next book in the series and i'm sure it will be as captivating as the last 2. What an excellent ride. :)

A must read

Love this story. A must read . Can't wait to hear more stories by this author. Love this story line. A+

Heroine TSTL

Really the majority of the book was great - suspense, action, tension, and some chemistry. But when Pris shows up back at Murray’s and then freaking taunts Trace about it like a spoiled little brat I honestly wanted Trace to say “I’m done” and let her get her ass whooped. I understand that ultimately the characters have to get into conflict but this was just lazy and stupid.

Love this series!!

I read the first book, When you Dare. It was the first I had heard of Lori Foster, now I listen to everything she writes, but especially like the "Men who walk the edge of honor" series.

Another Great Lori Foster! Wow, those Alpha Males!

And it continues on, those Alpha Males just don't stop. I really liked the it when Pris and Jackson saved Trace from Hell. Now that's a rescue! Have to put in a word for Jim Frangione, great as always.

Strange names

I've listened to a few of these books. Some of the male leads have strange names. I can understand Rowdy (Yates from "Getting Rowdy") because his parents liked Clint Eastwood, but who names their son Dare or Trace?

What a thrill to have Jim Frangione narrating!

He makes a good story absolutely great. His narrating is sexy and masculine and just perfect for these types of stories. What a surprise to find him reading this new series... instead of one of the boring women that have read Lori Fosters other books. Please keep them coming..... I cant get enough of his wonderful style. Discovered him from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
