Buy the book
This book doesn't really lend itself to audio as well as some others might. Would probably be best to spend your credits on another title and buy this in book form.

Doctor or preacher???
I was pretty into this book for the first 3/4 of it. It seemed like sound, well-researched medical knowledge. Then the last 1/4 of the book was a ridiculous list of biblical quotations about fasting, etc. Have your beliefs, but keep them in their proper place, not in a book on medical advise. I have trouble trusting any of the information in the first part of the book if its written by somebody who puts so much stock in an ancient, self-contradicting, storybook. And tries to use quotes from it to support medical "facts."

You should warn your readers
Would you try another book from Don Colbert and/or Steve Hiller?
In a world filled with many religious viewpoints, your books summary should warn people that you will be preaching Christianity and not just Health.
