This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... God's Plan is Best
This audio book starts with newly divorced Rennie passing out in Walmart and being helped by delivery nurse, Truman Sayers! Before her divorce, Rennie had been planning to adopt a child at the school where she teaches. Casey plays a big part in the story. When Rennie and Tru begin dating, both of their mothers voice their objections. You will wonder if the couple will be able to overcome all of the obstacles. You won’t want to miss this latest book by Trish Perry. I received a complimentary audio book from the author. This is my honest opinion.

Good production.
Story:
Not bad per se, but not for me. Slow-paced, lots of gossipy dialogue and the book couldn’t seem to go more than about 8 words without mentioning God. (I can get that she found him and this was a big part of her life, but in the instance of this book it was more like an obsession. Like she was purposely making an effort to trade in free thought for the ‘WWJD’ line of thinking and it was a bit much.)
2 stars.

The narrator did an excellent job and overall sound quality is high.
