The tone was just right for children. They got some sense of the horrors of the war and the trenches but the touch was light enough but to frighten them away from learning more.

This audiobook is so awesome! Tought me alot about WWI in a fun way! This is such a fabulos book for kids! I really loved it!

My son loves these little books. It's too bad they aren't longer. Robinson does a good job of giving an overview of the subject of the book, and making it interesting with funny voices, sound effects, and little tidbits that delve in a little bit deeper (interesting quotes, etc.).
