Transplant

My sister had a liver transplant 14 years before she passed away from something different. We were so grateful for her donor’s family. My sister loved her grandchildren so much, having a very hard life during her years prior to the transplant. After her transplant, she had some wonderful years, time with her grandchildren and her adult children.
When I listened to this book, so many thoughts came to me, mostly about all that is really involved by so many people when someone receives a transplant.
I’m so grateful for this book, because I have so much more understanding of the reality of it all.
