Watchmaker Hermux Tantamoq is a hardworking mouse who is thankful for ordinary things: donuts, coffee, peaceful evenings at home with his pet ladybug. Time Stops for No Mouse

A friend gave us this book and suggested we listen. We did so with our 9 and 11 year old. We could not stop! And even when arriving home from a road trip, would continue driving around the block 5 times to keep it going. Scott Campbell is a magnificent reader. We also listened to the sequel. We listen to a lot of books and this was one of our all time favorites.

Quite splendid a story

Hmmmm... nothing much I can say without giving away something about this book. I will say that it is a very good story... adventure, love, deception, betrayal, loyalty... this was my first story by this author, but definitely not my last!

MUST READ

I LOVE this book, I would recommend this for anyone who likes a mystery. I give it 5 stars, good read!!!

Entertaining but not a children's book

My husband and I enjoyed listening to this story. Since it is about mice, you might expect it to be a children's book, but I think young children would be baffled or bored by the spoofs of modern art, opera, and other institutions. I recommend it for teens and adults who like children's books.
