Driven by the urgency to reunite with her children, Sally is forced to confront the reason for her time leap journey and to grapple with a life-and-death decision.

Captivating Storytelling

The author was really good at pulling you into the story and I enjoyed the pace of how things moved along. I never had moments of boredom. It was a fun listen.

Loved this book. Great story with fantastic narration. Time travel is one of my favorite genres. I think you will really enjoy this.

Great story

Time Lost isn’t my usual genre to listen to but I throughly enjoyed it. I’ll be looking for more books by this author

I would want to go home to my own time to.

Is there's no place like home. Seeing your children grow up is.I wish every mother has.

Fun read

Good for the imagination. It could have had a number of different scenarios and outcomes.

I Had To Binge It

At first, I had my doubts about this book but it didn't take long for it to hook me. Great story. The reader was not so convincing reading the male speaking parts but it was good enough. I put this on my wife's reading list as I think she will enjoy it even more than I did.

The naration

l enjoyed the many ways that Sally's life changed and the storyline kept me engaged throughout each chapter.

Get lost in time

An enjoyable read with characters you grow to really like. Are we alone in the universe? I myself have lived the changes from the 1950's to 2020's and it has been an amazing ride but what if it happened in an instant and you were left to figure it out. Who could you turn to and who could you trust. Great read. Thanks Elyse Douglas!

A mixed bag

This book had an interesting premise, but the execution was often clunky and the text inelegant. It would have benefitted from proper editing. I have decided I need to get better at spotting self-published novels vs. conventionally published works. I absolutely do support the independent spirit, but honestly, I feel disappointed more often than not when I go this route.

Unique story

I liked the original storyline. I didn’t like how the main character was encouraged to start a new life and fall in love and remarry. It was presented as the ultimate goal she could achieve. It felt stilted and inauthentic.
