Compassionate Story!

The plot and character development is outstanding and filled with twists and turns. The story goes from childhood crushes to adult passion. As adults this will be a slow burn romance due to burned bridges needing to be mended. I enjoyed listening to this journey and discovering what caused the problems. I must say Elle is a patient woman. Noah finds it so hard to leave the past behind but his brothers don't give up on him. The narrator does an amazing job of portraying the emotions of these characters and bringing the story to life.I highly recommend this Audible book.

I Love This Series!

This is a whole saga written into one book and really well too. The characters sizzle, what they get up to and how they conduct themselves is amazing, the passion is a burning flame and I loved it all.
Kimberly M. Wetherell is a voice actor to listen to. She has total command and control over her voice and uses it very successfully to enhance this lovely love story.
Well done to two amazingly talented people.

Great Story

This is a great story, the characters are so alive you feel the passion throughout the whole story. The narrator added to the story. She very successfully enhanced this love story. I'd highly recommend this read/listen.

his second chance

Noah has always been protective of Elle. At the age of 17, he suddenly left town. Elle was confused by his sudden departure. It wasn't until 10 years later he returned home.The romance slowly builds , their connection real. A story of love lost and second chances.

Slow burn

This is the first book I've read/listened to by Tracy Sumner. Both Noah and Marielle took some time to begin liking. I felt frustrated with them at times, but at other times my heart dropped over what they were going through. This story is slow to begin, but I got to the point I didn't want to pause it. It's a drawn out romance that doesn't really happen until the end. And then it wraps up quickly. I really liked the brothers and how they all interacted. I look forward to their stories.

Kimberly Wetherell did a good job. There were times I thought they were thinking, but it seemed the character was actually speaking. I can honestly say I'm not sure if that is a narrator issue or writing issue. Otherwise it was a good performance with a good voice for all parts.
