This book gave my life back
I was familiar with the brain retraining philosophy as a way to treat cfs, but never trully belied that somehow it is a solution to my problem.
This book is so simple and straight to the point that made me believe that Brain retraining is the cure. CFS is nothing more than HYPERSENSITIVE nervious system. And everything that I learnt about Brain retraining from different programs, suddenly all made perfect sense to me. I gave my trust to Brain retraining 100% and that was the turning point in my recovery.
The good news is that CFS is reversible and the great news is that with Brain retraining, pacing, faith and gently increasing activities we can fully recover.
Before reading this book I was bed bound, spoon feeded, couldnt speak at all and i couldnt concentrate. Now after 2 months I feel like 30% and I am 100% sure, that soon i will get to full recovery.
Thank you Miguel for saving my life!
I definitely recommend this life changing book.

I was in a negative cycle thinking CFS/ME was a life sentence… instead it’s an opportunity to look within and conduct brain re-training to heal. Highly recommend this book for those seeking hope and guidance.

More of an introduction than a full book.
Miguel is all heart. (And a good reader.) And I am so glad that he recovered and that he is now sharing his wisdom with other people. I hope that some of his trainings help me recover. It is truly inspiring to listen to him and he is entirely authentic with his hope to help other people recover. However, this book is more of an introduction to his recovery support and lacks the detail that you might be looking for in a full book. It seems that it was written to be paired with the YouTube videos and his recovery program. At his suggestion, I did end up watching the number of the YouTube videos and they are helpful. In some ways you could probably skip the book and just do a deep dive into his YouTube channel!

You are my life-saver
Amazing book!!! I believed recovery was not possible for years. I have lost 2 friends with chronic illness to suicide. This is not as uncommon as you might think. I WISH my friends would have read this book. It could have changed the trajectory of their lives - and if you open your mind enough, it might just save yours. Thank you Miguel.
