I love history and I am always on the lookout for books that give a vivid truth of historical facts. Estelle clearly states what is true and what is speculation or fiction. Excellent book and narration!

An excellent book! I have read so many books about Anne and this is certainly the most detailed and definitely one of the best!! it gives an intimate picture of Anne, not ignoring her faults, but outlines the factors and experiences involved in her personality and the story of her life--it really makes her come alive! And I can't praise the narration enough--one of the best I've heard! Not a long book. but absolutely worth the time!

Liked the author’s point of view. I have heard her on some podcast and it was nice to hear her work in full.
