This book is very helpful in understanding the two kinds of mindsets out there. I think I should relisten it now and see how I view it now compared to when I listen it a couple years ago. A very interesting and wonderful listen. Although, I have had a growth mindset, I do see where I am also a fixed mindset in some areas. The most important for me is how I must focus my growth mindset for the next twenty years to reach my goal of 100 years old. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
