Everything about Vision
This book is amazing. Dr Oleg Konovalov shares his deep experience giving a thorough presentation on all aspects relating to Vision: what it is, how to create it, how to check its viability, how to share it, and many more topics. Very thorough and very easy to follow its narrative. A true gem.
I recommend this book to all Leaders and to all Leadership and Executive Coaches.
